The class of 2013′s Senior Awards Ceremony and Spring Fling/Field Day is May 24, 2013. We need volunteers and/or donated supplies for the field day events. Below is a link to sign up. Please forward to other senior parents who may wish to participate or donate supplies.

As promised – the presentation given during the Senior Meeting is posted below, along with the Graduation Guide and a link to order extra Graduation tickets. Monday, June 10, 2013 will be here before you know it and the time leading up to that special day can be very stressful. We would like to alleviate some of the stress associated with graduation and the many decisions that you and your senior will be faced with in the coming weeks. This guide contains important information that will help these last few weeks in high school be successful for you and your child. Please review this document carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Cap and Gown Orders

Seniors received cap and gown order forms today. Representatives from Herff Jones Graduation Services met with seniors to review graduation products. Representatives will return on November 8th and 9th to take orders for class rings and senior supplies for graduation.

We strongly encourage parents to review the packets and discuss products with your seniors prior to placing orders. Seniors will be responsible for the full payment of when items are shipped later this year.

Mid-year Graduation – January 22, 2013

Listed below are the deadlines that you will need to meet in order to graduate in January, 2013.

Your mid-year intent form should already be submitted to Student Services
Senior Class cap and gown meeting on October 29^th during 2^nd block
Cap and gown orders will be taken on November 8^th during lunches and after school from 5-8 pm & November 9^th during lunch
You must place your order on one of these days in order for your cap and gown to be back in time for the January 22^nd graduation date!

If you are planning to attend college in January, we need a copy of your College Acceptance letter to Student Services by December 1, 2012 so that arrangements may be made for you to take your exams early. If we do not have this letter, you will have to take your exams in January.

The senior parent meeting that was scheduled for Monday, September 17th has been moved to Thursday, September 20th at 5:30pm.

This is Meet-the-Teacher Night. We will review graduation information and have representatives from Herff Jones available to discuss their services.
